Mindfield 2, Acrylic on Canvas, 2026

Mindfield

This series of imaginative paintings, large scale was created after an intensive direct painting process of landscape painting, linking imagined forms with textural and techique knowledge gained from a two month period. At once both surreal, bright, and evocative, these works are a drift away from everyday occurances, a dream world of form free of elaboration. Self contained rather than a series.

Rain Like Fire

Streams of the light

Our ongoing landscape scenes from our retreat near the Forests of Marin. Impressionist but abstract, all analog works on canvas. Rigorous academic focus, so passionately made that the forms are just as much a record of emotional and physical motion as well as invented, surreal forms. To be exhibited on 2027 at Arc 1 Gallery in Nevada City, Califonia.
