This Privacy Policy, Declaration of Artistic Non-Representation, and Exclusive Copyright Ownership (the “Policy”) governs the artwork, creative materials, intellectual property, and website privacy practices associated with Mitch Greer (the “Artist”) and his websites, Skymachine.com and MitchGreer.com (collectively, the “Sites”).
This Policy establishes the Artist's exclusive ownership of his original creative works, formally declares their fictional and non-representational nature, and expressly prohibits unauthorized appropriation, reproduction, distribution, and assertions of ownership.
1. Definition of Artistic Content
For purposes of this Policy, “Artistic Content” means all original paintings, drawings, illustrations, designs, animations, films, literary works, characters, narratives, visual compositions, digital media, and other creative works authored by Mitch Greer, whether published, unpublished, exhibited, distributed, or otherwise made available.
The Artistic Content constitutes the independent creative work and intellectual property of Mitch Greer.
2. Formal Declaration of Fictionality and Non-Representation
All characters, figures, identities, relationships, narratives, circumstances, and events appearing in the Artistic Content are fictional.
The Artistic Content does not depict, represent, identify, reference, document, or portray any actual individual, whether living or deceased, or any actual event, personal relationship, private circumstance, or identifiable real-world occurrence.
No character, figure, name, likeness, personality, narrative, dialogue, setting, image, or other artistic element constitutes a representation or identification of an actual person.
The Artistic Content does not constitute biography, autobiography, documentary reporting, factual testimony, or a factual account of any individual, relationship, or occurrence.
No actual person or event is represented, identified, or documented in the Artistic Content.
This declaration applies to all Artistic Content created by Mitch Greer, regardless of its medium, format, publication date, exhibition history, or method of distribution.
3. Prohibition of False Attribution and Claims of Personal Representation
Mitch Greer expressly rejects any characterization of the Artistic Content as depicting or representing actual individuals, relationships, circumstances, or events.
No individual is designated or represented as the subject of any character, figure, narrative, image, or other artistic element.
No claim of personal identification, association, or representation constitutes an acknowledgment by the Artist that any actual individual appears in or is represented by the Artistic Content.
No such claim, by itself, establishes a factual association with the Artistic Content or confers any ownership interest, copyright, licensing authority, or right to control the work.
No individual or entity is authorized to make statements on behalf of Mitch Greer identifying any actual person or event as the subject of the Artistic Content.
The Artist does not adopt, endorse, authorize, or affirm any attribution of real-world identities or occurrences to the Artistic Content.
The Artist expressly denies that the Artistic Content constitutes a representation of any actual person or event.
4. Sole and Exclusive Copyright Ownership
Mitch Greer is the sole and exclusive copyright owner of all Artistic Content authored by him.
All copyrights and associated intellectual property rights in the Artistic Content are exclusively owned and retained by Mitch Greer.
No individual, organization, business, platform, or other entity acquires any ownership interest in the Artistic Content by viewing, accessing, interpreting, possessing a copy of, or asserting an association with the work.
No assertion of personal identification, resemblance, association, or representation establishes copyright ownership or transfers any intellectual property rights.
No person or entity is authorized to claim authorship, copyright ownership, or creative control over the Artistic Content without a valid legal basis established independently of any asserted personal association with the work.
All rights not expressly granted in writing by Mitch Greer are reserved.

5. Protection Against Unauthorized Appropriation and Use
Mitch Greer grants no general license or voluntary authorization to reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from the Artistic Content.
Prior express written authorization from Mitch Greer is required for uses of the Artistic Content that are subject to his exclusive rights under applicable copyright law.
The following activities are prohibited unless authorized by Mitch Greer or otherwise permitted by applicable law:
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or publication of the Artistic Content.
Unauthorized commercial exploitation, licensing, sale, or merchandising of the Artistic Content.
False claims of authorship, copyright ownership, or authorization to license the Artistic Content.
Unauthorized removal or alteration of copyright management information where prohibited by law.
Unauthorized representations that a third party owns, controls, or possesses intellectual property rights in the Artistic Content.
No claim that an individual is represented in the Artistic Content constitutes permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, license, sell, or otherwise exploit the work.
The Artist reserves all available legal remedies for infringement, unauthorized appropriation, and other actionable violations of his rights.
6. No Transfer of Rights Through Interpretation or Attribution
The interpretation, discussion, possession, viewing, or personal identification of Artistic Content does not transfer copyright ownership.
No third party acquires intellectual property rights in the Artistic Content solely by asserting that a character, image, narrative, or artistic element represents that party.
No individual may act on behalf of the Artist, grant licenses, or authorize the exploitation of the Artistic Content without authorization from Mitch Greer.
Mitch Greer retains exclusive copyright ownership and control of the rights granted to copyright owners under applicable law.
7. Privacy and Personal Information
The Sites do not require visitors to establish user accounts or submit personal information solely to view the artwork.
Personal information voluntarily provided through contact forms, correspondence, purchases, or other transactions may be used to respond to inquiries, process transactions, provide requested services, and maintain necessary business records.
The Artist does not sell personal information collected directly through the Sites.
Website hosting providers, payment processors, and other integrated services may independently collect and process information in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable law.
Personal information collected directly by the Artist is retained as reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, fulfillment of transactions, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.
8. Third-Party Platforms and Distribution
The Artist may publish, exhibit, distribute, or promote Artistic Content through third-party websites, social media platforms, digital galleries, video services, and other distribution channels.
Such publication does not transfer copyright ownership or grant third parties authority to claim authorship, ownership, or licensing rights.
Third-party platforms maintain their own privacy policies and data processing practices.
Mitch Greer retains exclusive copyright ownership of the Artistic Content regardless of its authorized distribution platform.
9. Data Security and Privacy Rights
The Artist takes reasonable measures to protect personal information collected directly through the Sites.
Visitors may exercise applicable rights concerning their personal information, including rights of access, correction, or deletion, as provided by law.
Privacy-related inquiries may be submitted through the contact information provided on the Sites.
10. Reservation of Rights and Legal Remedies
Mitch Greer expressly reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable United States copyright law, including the Copyright Act of 1976, as amended, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in this Policy constitutes an assignment, transfer, waiver, or voluntary license of the Artist's copyrights.
The Artist reserves the right to pursue available legal remedies against copyright infringement, unauthorized exploitation, false claims of authorship or ownership, and other actionable violations of his intellectual property rights.
No person or entity is authorized to assert copyright ownership or licensing authority on behalf of Mitch Greer without his express authorization.
11. Amendments
Mitch Greer reserves the right to amend this Policy.
Any amendments will be published on the Sites with an updated revision date.

ALL ARTISTIC CONTENT AUTHORED BY MITCH GREER IS ORIGINAL, INDEPENDENT ARTISTIC EXPRESSION.
THE ARTISTIC CONTENT DOES NOT DEPICT, REPRESENT, IDENTIFY, REFERENCE, OR DOCUMENT ANY ACTUAL INDIVIDUAL, LIVING OR DECEASED, OR ANY ACTUAL EVENT, PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP, PRIVATE CIRCUMSTANCE, OR IDENTIFIABLE REAL-WORLD OCCURRENCE.
NO ACTUAL PERSON OR EVENT IS REPRESENTED IN THE ARTISTIC CONTENT.
NO ASSERTION OF PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION, ASSOCIATION, OR REPRESENTATION ESTABLISHES, BY ITSELF, THAT AN INDIVIDUAL IS DEPICTED IN THE ARTISTIC CONTENT OR CONFERS ANY COPYRIGHT, OWNERSHIP INTEREST, LICENSING AUTHORITY, OR CONTROL OVER THE WORK.
NO INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY IS AUTHORIZED TO CLAIM AUTHORSHIP, COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP, OR LICENSING AUTHORITY OVER THE ARTISTIC CONTENT ON THE BASIS OF AN ASSERTED PERSONAL ASSOCIATION WITH THE WORK.
MITCH GREER IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE COPYRIGHT OWNER OF THE ARTISTIC CONTENT. ALL RIGHTS ARE EXPRESSLY RESERVED.
