Pausing Public Work
Stepping back from the constant rhythm of regular studio output is never a simple choice, but creative growth demands space to breathe. For some time, the work has been anchored by the steady creation of paintings and short film pieces. Those mediums have given me incredible joy and a direct channel to share worlds with you, but a quiet shift has been taking place behind the scenes.
I am shifting my focus toward expansive, longer-term creative horizons that require a different kind of patience. This isn’t a departure from the studio; rather, it’s an intentional deepening of the work. Developing complex narrative universes, structural world-building, and multi-layered visual suites takes time away from the constant stream of finished pieces. These broader endeavors demand a sustained, uninterrupted focus to bring them to life with the depth they deserve.
